Selecting Donaldson Stewart Associates was a big mistake, and I kept running into problem after problem with this law firm. Normally a client is already under stress from some event, and I kept having to worry about what else was going to go wrong at the law firm. Little compassion was offered to me. Marty Zalevsky called me at 11:20 est one night, for a due date that got messed up and was due at midnight. I was dumped on with legal documents I had to translate myself. We hired David Sheffield to help set up our LLC in 2015. He did a great job in guiding us through the various ins and outs of this and especially with the operating agreement and all the paperwork associated with filing with the state of Arizona. He has a very calm and pleasant demeanor, fast worker, very accurate and is a pleasure to work with with lots of good practical advice.
