Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Without getting into to much detail, I felt our realtor insulted our intelligence, brushed off our requests, proved to us her time was more important than ours and blatantly lied to us in the closing stage of our house. Had I not done my own investigating, Id may have lost the house we were buying.

Ginny and her team are absolutely awesome! This was our 2nd house purchase with Ginny in the last year. She sold our house also. Jac and Ladonna are also a joy to work with. From start to finish everything was great. If you are going to buy or sale in Walton county, Ginny is the choice you need to choose. We call her "The queen of Walton county". Can't say enough about the great customer service and her and her team make you feel like you are their only client. GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!!!!

I have never been more pleased with a company in my entire life! Algin is truly looking out for the customers best interest. Anytime I had a concern or question I could call at any time and they would answer the phone with true professionalism and reassure me. They go out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met and they fought for what was best for me. I have already sent my friends to Algin reality for all there real estate needs. Would love to have the experience these folks have noted. I've been trying all week to get an application emailed to me. Won't take my call doesn't return my messages and doesn't send the application even though I left my email address in both messages. Guess she Isn't interested in renting the advertised property?
