At Abundant Life Christian Counseling & Consulting, LLC we believe that counseling is ordained in the Bible as the Ministry of Reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18). All counseling is based on the teachings of the Bible and the practices of the Christian faith.

Everyone experiences challenges in life's normal stages: marriage, career choices, parenting, and aging. However, unexpected events such as divorce, illness, unemployment, untimely death, an inability to have children, or a traumatic event may also occur. There are times when families can feel overwhelmed.
One of the most common mistakes made by couples who are considering marriage is believing that they inherently know how to be married. Unfortunately, we are created with a sin nature which makes it much easier to be selfish than it is to be selfless. One of the healthiest steps a couple can take is to regularly seek the wisdom of others as their relationship evolves.
Part of our mission at Abundant Life is Serving Those Who Serve Others. We believe that in order to fulfill the Great Commission we must equip missionaries to endure the rigorous challenges of missionary life. Miissionaries currently residing in or visiting the Southwest Florida region may receive individual, marriage, or family counseling at our local office.
Ron has received the Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree from Mississippi College, the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) Ron's education and experience have equipped him to deal with a number of life's problem including anxiety, depression, mental health concerns, anger, PTSD, and many others. In addition, Ron specializes in marital and premarital counseling and recovery from childhood physical and sexual abuse and other traumatic memories.
