Made an appointment with these folks a week in advance since I had to drive from Boston to clients properties in Falmouth. They did not show and when I called them it was clear they had totally forgot the appointment.
The property was 5 min from the office and they could not send someone and nor did the owner call me as the representative who answered the phone said he would.
Very Unprofessional
Don't use this company.

Beware of this company. We were led to believe that our estate property appraisal needs could only be performed by Clancy. What we received in two appraisals over a period of time were factually inaccurate, contradictory, arbitrary and capricious. Our request for a corrected current appraisal was met with raised eyebrows, insignificant change and lack of explanation. I would look elsewhere for real estate property appraisals.

I had to write this. I have been on the phone all day today ready to pull my hair out. Long story short, I need an appraisal for tax purposes on a time-share. Some companies apparently didn't even know how to do it, others wanted an arm and a leg, etc., The time-share company was little to no help as I wasn't buying well you can imagine. Mr. Clancy called me took my information looked it up on the computer explained my situation to me and basically it really wasn't worth my money to get a written appraisal and did it over the phone for free! I love this man and I never met him!
