I just recently moved to Hudson and my son suggested I break from my prior insurance company of 13+ years and get a quote with his company - State Farm. Checked out reviews and selected Wendy Peterson’s agency because of high ratings/reviews and location convenience. I worked with Matt Rudquist who was extremely responsive, patient and very thorough. After doing a side by side comparison with my old insurance company, I decided that the BEST customer service and coverage value for my car and renters coverage were with Matt and State Farm. Luckily we have only had one claim, but every time we need quotes for different vehicles, or updating to our policies their whole crew is more than willing to help and they are very professional. I've been with Wendy Peterson State Farm for over 17 years and I cannot recommend them enough. I always get a very helpful staff member who clearly explains everything to me and looks to get the best rates for us. They are all very responsive to messages and emails. Not once have I had to follow up on anything. We are moving out of state and they were more than willing to get us in touch with some agents in the new area, explain the process for transferring, etc. Thank you guys so much!

Recently moved to the Hudson area and rented for the first 18 months. State Farm was there to write very needed coverage. Since that time I purchased a new home and I needed insurance for the new build. When I was all settled in, they worked with me to refine my insurance needs and coverage plans. Excellent, knowledgeable associates to work with. I rest well knowing my insurance coverage is protecting my home, car, and personal property. Awesome people to work with.

We visited their office yesterday for a consult on our auto insurance and thought their customer service was great! Robin was a big help! Informed us on their auto loan and home mortgage loans that we didn't know anything about! Was very personable and helpful in answering all of our questions and informing us of different services and policies that they offer.
