If I could give a 0 I would. Lobos management is slum lords. Run as fast as you can! I had sewage coming up in my kitchen sink and all over my basement floor. They told me to fix it, then took me to court! I never, in 3 years missed a rent payment and this is how they treat their tenants! Nothing in the house was up to code, they left my back porch steps broken where a family member fell through them. Threaten to evict me if I fixed them myself. Run run run!!!!!

We rented from them on Shady Ave in Squirrel Hill. There was always issues with the pipes freezing and it took them several days to fix and they were rude and acted like we were in the wrong when we would call to ask for someone to come out to fix it. We left a few months before our lease was up after closing on our first home and left a handful of items in the apartment. when we came back to pick them up our vacuum, microwave and a TV were missing. When I brought it up they threatened to not give me back my security deposit if I made trouble. No one could answer where it went even though the apartment

Worst management company ever. They recently bought the building I live in and my tub stopped draining and for two weeks I kept calling and they told me someone would be there that day. I didnt have a working shower for two weeks. It wasn't until I told them I'd inform the code officer and the media about their neglect that they finally came and fixed it. But I was called by a man who gave me a ton of attitude and threatened to kick me out. Yesterday I came home to a notice to vacate when my lease is up with no explanation why. I do not want to give them my money anyway but I need

Would give zero stars if possible. All the other negative reviews below are accurate. Was verbally abused on the phone by an extremely angry, aggressive man (whose name I do not remember) who called me to complain that I had mentioned a leak in the apartment to potential tenants. He said he "owned" my unit personally. When I went to the website and called back to try to find who this was, no one was able to track him down.

They enter the unit all the time without advanced notice for minor repairs, which directly conflicts with the Tenant's Right to Privacy according to Pennsylvania

This place is disgusting I am in their Bradford location and bugs are everywhere. This place is no where close to being safe for kids! If I could give the 0 start I would, I can't wait to be out of here....

I was locked out on my balcony at Queensbury. AJ took time out of his Friday night and came across town to let me back in. He's an amazing employee and deserves a raise.

Just a heads up, the balcony doors will lock you out if you shut them completely.

Warning to potential tenants: DO NOT RENT FROM LOBOS MANAGEMENT.

When I initially toured apartments in the summer of 2020, I was offered a "half off rent the first month" deal. Somewhere in the lease agreement, they slipped in that, actually, my security deposit (equal to one month's rent) was half off, not rent itself. This led to a situation where only half of my deposit was returned to me under the guise that I had received some sort of deal.

Additionally, my unit in Shadyside (the Highland Manor location) was not the unit that I was shown or promised. The unit I received

Very slow response from the management people. When I first applied to move in early, a male agent yelled at me over the phone for making that request. Maintenance and agents would enter the apartment without letting me know. During the pandemic they continued to show my apartment with a big group of people. The construction near the apartment would start at 6-7ish AM every weekday and they did nothing about it. The maintenance people are kind and that's why I gave a star.

I would give negative stars if I could. The absolute worst leasing company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will be ripped off, ignored, hung up on for asking simple questions. I would rather deal with some sleazy landlord than have to live in one of their apartments. I would have a leaking ceiling, a broken oven, broken washer/dryer and they did absolutely nothing to help besides demand I pay for the services they were neglecting to provide. Absurdly nasty employees who have no business working with clients all day. Hidden rates are stupidly high and they

My husband and I lived at Sandy Creek apartments for a year. The apartment itself was adequate. The walls are pretty thin, but that's to be expected of an apartment complex. The water bill is split by all of the tenants in the building, so it's pretty high. The washer and dryer do not consistently work so be ready to use the laundromat down the road. Also, there is only one washer and dryer for the entire building.

At first, Ericka was extremely easy to get a hold of and as the months went on she never returned our calls or emails. I emailed her 11 times over the year with not one response

Rented an apartment in Monaca the last two years while my son was finishing up at Penn State Beaver. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can. It smells. The smell is indescribable. Your water and electric bills will be through the roof. Hope you can afford $200 electric bills. The air conditioner broke and the apartment was so hot it melted a leather sofa. It took weeks to fix. Its literally not even one star. Stay away, I warned you.

Tried for 10-days to see various Lobos apts in Pittsburgh, was shuffled among 4 different Lobos leasing agents--never helpful or prompt. Finally, an agent said 4 units available in an apt bldg w/ rent of $999/month. Was driving next morning from OH to see them. 2 hours into drive on the highway, she calls and says all 4 units are rented out, and only apts w/ rent of $1,400 is available (bc I had expressed a little interest in those as well). Told her I wasn't interested, bc hard to believe the 4 less expensive units got rented out within last 10 hours--overnight on a Friday night. Seeing

BUYER BEWARE: My lease says the owner will pay for heat. When I moved into 183 Morrison in June, I saw the unit had metal radiators and air vents so I assumed it had gas heat. When winter came around, they claimed the boiler system was old and that it didn't work. So they installed window AC units that also had heat. They were loud and ran constantly so my electricity bill went through the roof. They also don't have trash cans so if you're out of town during the summer like I was, you'll come back to maggots all over your trash because of the inability to throw it anywhere until

I have had a very positive experience with Lobos so far! A friend of mine and my partner has been residents all of this year, and despite the pandemic, Lobos' customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to help has never faltered!
Just a few weeks ago, I started house/apartment hunting for myself and a couple of roommates and I've been very happy. Marisa, our leasing agent, has been an angel! She has been so responsive and on top of things for us! We toured several places and finally landed on one we liked! I will say, if you're touring with Lobos, think fast! We applied for

Extremely rude, all the time, with a few exceptions. Never reliable. They almost never pick
up the phone and they email you back with no help whatsoever. It's really difficult to live here because the leasing agents will just show up and so will maintenance and sometimes they just come in without even telling you. I was notified the day of my apartment being shown and the apartment was by no means ready to be shown (it was a week
before move out and a mess).

These reviews speak for themselves. Believe what people are saying.
I am trying to figure out how to upload videos. I have one that says it all. But in the meantime, these pics are of public areas where the ceiling is caving in from water damage. The security camera actually fell out because of it..
I would highly NOT recommend renting at ANY Lobos Property. Do yourself a favor and believe all the reviews. It is not worth the cheap rent.

The renovated Bryant Lofts has been a wonderful starter apartment for me coming directly out of college. The office workers at Bryant Lofts have been respectful, kind, and most importantly, responsive.

My apartment has had a handful of maintenance issues over a few years, but each issues was swiftly taken care of by the Lobos maintenance staff in an appropriate manner.

During the uncertain times of COVID, Lobos Management took immediate precautions including daily cleanings of shared spaces of Bryant Lofts which was greatly appreciated as a resident.

I've personally enjoyed my time renting

I would like to begin by saying our apartment is nice, I don't have many complaints about the space. The building, however, is definitely in need of repairs and probably a new roof. Water leaks in everywhere, the ceiling of the garage is falling apart and leaks massive amounts of water through large cracks anytime it has rained or snowed within 24 hours (90% of the time in Pittsburgh, honestly). There's water damage and literal fungus growing on the walls of the hallway leading to the garage.

We've had leaking in our apartment quite a few times as well, from several different sources

I've lived in a Lobos property in Wilkinsburg for a little over 2 years. Lobos has caused me a number of problems - specifically, our bathroom sink had problems deep within the pipes from when we moved in, and they charged us $25 each time the techs had to come out. Which was a lot - it took Ralph, John, and Shannon more than 6 months of visits to resolve what was clearly a long-standing, preexisting problem. We couldn't use our bathroom sink most of that time, and we quickly learned that explaining the situation went nowhere - no one cared. So I just paid it.

I'm increasing my rating of Lobos to 2 stars. I finalized my move out today, turning over my keys, move out checklist and parking pass to their main office after meeting the carpet cleaning guy at my old building (Sycamore Gardens in Penn Hills). I have bumped them up to 2 stars because the lady i dealt with at Lobos following my initial review was incredibly pleasant and helpful in both facilitating my move out's seamlessness and ensuring things ended on a high note. Apparently too, according to her directly "...my whole staff has only been here for a little over a year.... Lobos
