The manager (older lady) comes off very nice, makes you write amazing reviews before signing a lease, then once you’re reeled in, she screws you over. Be careful you’ll end up with a huge debt leaving this place. Do not recommend anyone living here.

I told them my credit wasn't good but I was section 8 approved. They said the credit wouldn't be a problem so long as I had good rental history. I have excellent rental history and even used EVERY landlord I ever had as a reference.They said they had a move in special and if i paid the admin fee and a portion of the rent upfront then that is all I had to pay. They rejected my application and claimed I had derogatory rental history when I don't. They keep all my money and lied to keep it. Stay away from these thieves. If they steal from a disabled Vet they will steal from anyone.

Looking for a great place to live? Both Mary (Manager) and Joe (Maintenance) are kind as well as knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and the move-in process went very smooth. I look forward to a long comfortable stay at Tower South!

Worst management, worst maintenance guy. Don’t expect to get any maintenance issues fixed even if you tell the lady everyday because neither of them care what your issue is. It took two months to get my maintenance problem fixed which was a major security concern.

Tower South Apartments was a very clean, quiet, and nice place to live for the last two years. The management was quick to handle any problems that came up and the manager was always super friendly. If I wasn’t moving to another city, I’d continue to live here.

I applied there and was told if I changed the payment on their page from $40 to $100 it would cover the first months rent. My application was denied and despite the application contract saying I would get a refund I was not given a refund and they refuse to talk to me on the phone.
