Underwood Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1974. Doris Underwood, principal broker and owner, was the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Arkansas. She continued Coldwell Banker Underwood Real Estate, Inc. until 1997, when at that time, she opened her Heber Springs office.
