CSC Towing is one of the largest towing companies in Southeastern Minnesota and provides service 24-hours a day and 365 days a year. CSC Towing offers an array of services to new and existing customers, motor clubs, and local businesses. For example, Mayo Clinic employees receive free jump-starts and vehicle unlocks.
Motor club customers often receive coverage on emergency roadside assistance. CSC was named the "Top Towing Company" in Minnesota by AAA in 2004 for excellence in customer service with an average response time to AAA customers of 22 minutes or less. CSC Towing continues to be on the top ten lists for quality AAA service with customer satisfaction of greater than 90%.

Services
CSC Towing was founded in 1974 by Kenneth Winter. Originally named Chester Service Center, CSC was first located in Chester, Minnesota, where the current Conoco gas station resides. Kenneth Winter started CSC as only a gas station and repair facility. However, due to a high number of vehicles needing repair work and roadside assistance, Mr. Winter bought a tow truck to accommodate clients of Chester Service Center.
CSC Towing provides emergency roadside assistance and service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. CSC Towing always offers three (3) tow trucks and one (1) flatbed on duty daily (24 hours) to provide the quickest response time possible. CSC Towing is part of the tow rotation for the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, and the Minnesota State Patrol for emergency roadside assistance and accident towing.

For many years, our team has provided roadside assistance to our clients in Rochester, Minnesota, and the surrounding areas. Our team has the experience and training to help get you back on the road in no time.
All other services provided to Mayo Employees must be paid by the employee. In order to receive the free services, employees must be parked on Mayo property which includes all employee lots, ramps, and designated Mayo parking areas. Employees parked on the street, in visitor ramps, or in an undesignated area will not be covered for free services.

Mark was extremely helpful after my car broke down in the most inconvenient place in a parking ramp isle. Was expecting to need my car towed out of the ramp, but instead he was able to help solve the issue and I was able to drive it out. That situation could of gone 10x worse, but he was very impressive and made it less stressful.

In 2011 they stole items out of my vehicle after they had towed it. The prices are absolutely insane for the overnight storage of vehicles that have been towed after an accident. They wanted to buy my car for scrap, but I wouldn't let them because I knew they were ripping me off. Rude staff. Long story short, stay far far away from these thieves.
