Michael graduated from Kearney State College with honors with a degree in Biology in 1984. He attended law school at the University of Kansas School of Law. He was president of his graduating class in 1987. He began his legal career in Wichita, Kansas where he worked as a bankruptcy litigator for a commercial litigation firm.

I was involved in a accident where a semi pulled out in front of myself and husband. My husband was fine with a previous rotator cuff injury and others due to sports and gym workouts. He was in the middle of trying to rehab it with a personal trainer prior to the accident.
They are now going after the company for damages that did not occur.
I had struggled with getting care. The firm promised to help with my care and did not follow through after I was told by Rachel I had a brain injury. I don't know if this is a ploy for her to protect Mike (soon to be ex) or if it was true.

I found this lawyer (Michael Mohlman) be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I contacted the firm about a medical malpractice/misdiagnosis issue at Shawnee Mission Medical Center on 5/9/18. I was told he was in a meeting, so I agreed to fax the information and was told I would hear from him within 24 hr. That never happened. I called again on 5/15/18 and left a voicemail on Michael Mohlman's line. He did call me back that evening. I explained the situation and he said he never saw the faxed material. Apparently a problem with personnel who handled faxes and who was dismissed the very day I had
