Daniel Wells started Wells & Wells Construction Company with the mission of providing superior craftsmanship and service at a competitive price. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1985, he was employed as an engineer for three years before venturing to start his own business.

More than 30 years ago, we began as a local General Contractor, now having expanded nationally, delivering projects in both small and large markets across several states. Our philosophy has always focused on relationship first-and that comes from the top. President Daniel Wells has always approached the industry with a client-centered mentality.
Construction management is a project delivery system in which we facilitate both design and construction. We lead every aspect of the build providing better project value than a traditional general contracting method. The construction management process particularly helps the client and the project excel because parties agree to a mutually beneficially guaranteed maximum price rather than a restrictive cost not to exceed.
The Design-Assist approach provides our clients and their design professionals the benefit of partnering with Wells and Wells throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of the project. This collaborative approach maintains the traditional contracting structure while incorporating input from our experienced team regarding means and methods, cost-estimating and scheduling.
