Destiny gave my husband a terrible hard time. In the contract it clearing states you can break the lease if you get order move, enlisted, or deployed. But she failed to obey the state law now the base my husband is at is still waiting on the feedback from the apartment corporate since she said she told the corporate and they are working on it. But it’s so not fair to give bad feedback to other rentals.

Mrs Jone was the best leasing personnel very professional and kind but I dont think she works in the office anymore; Mrs Mitchel is inexperienced and leaves notices clipped to front door with very personal information displayed (HIPAA). I asked at time of my lease signing to be contacted by phone text or email before entering my apartment as my work schedule is very demanding and I sleep. There has been 3 occasions now where the leasing personnel herself along with the maintenance staff knock on my door while I was asleep and then proceed to try and enter my apartment only to discuss a personal
