Beware of unscrupulous business practice's. I was working with one of their agents, (Denny Blair) on a bank owned property. I was prepared to make an offer the first day I spoke with Mr. Blair, but was encouraged by him not to bid until I had seen the property the following week. I immediately booked travel for the following week and emailed Mr. Blair of my plans to meet with him that next Wednesday. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me, he used my interest in the property to persuade other potential buyers to make offers prior to my arrival. Then he Did NOT have the professionalism
