We began our law firm more than 10 years ago to help people just like you - people in pain from domestic distress, a serious car accident or a false allegation of criminal activity. The youngest of eleven children, born and reared in Huber Heights, Ohio, Mr. Fisher is a 1988 graduate of Wayne High School. Upon graduation, Mr. Fisher attended Wright State University, where he was placed on the dean's list and graduated with honors with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 1993.

If you want to pay $2,500 for a public defender go right on ahead. No defendant should ever have to notify his lawyer that he has court. He didn't even know that we had court that day. I called him and he was supposed to be at court with me but was in all the way out in all glaze county

My experiences with Mr. Fisher was outstanding through and through. His people know their work and he personally walks the extra mile for you. I consulted with Fisher on my traffic ticket occasion and he handled with utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated all his office staffs who was very professional and they do a regular follow ups which was very helpful to keep things in place. Mr Fisher represented me during my custody case and I couldn’t be more pleased. He got me full custody of my 2 year old when I didn’t think it was possible. He is very professional and friendly and works very hard for you. He is not afraid to go to bat for you and will fight hard for you. He explains every step of the process in great detail. I gave the Attorney full authority with all information and even more evidence that could be presented in court for trial that was never even used or considered. Then while being reassured that we could beat the no nonsense case that would be so simple and easy. I was convicted and sentenced solely on hearsay when he "accused" didn't even appear for trial 🤔.. after I pleaded to take the plea deal it was only offered after a year of no contact with my kids and even after the case was closed there was still a tpo that we ourselves had to get taken care of on our own. The Attorneys don't care,

Retained Mark Fisher as legal representation in a time sensitive local traffic case and he called me within minutes from his car, on his way to court. It seemed so personal and the gesture was very reassuring. You never know if your case means much to anyone other than yourself, I can honestly say that I appreciated him very much. He explained everything in detail prior to going before the judge together, was very personable and easy to understand, and very quickly achieved the results I was hoping for. Highly recommended.
