Do not trust BOB MURPHY with your business and your money. He will take it and when it come time to give back your security deposit and honor your previously paid last month of rent, he will tell you that "right now, it's hard to come up with grocery money." he is a liar and a cheat. He seems like a genuine person but it's all FAKE. be aware of this man who works for city space realty.
