Phuong is AMAZING! She was super friendly and helpful (and very understanding when I was not fully caffeinated when speaking to her)! Very responsive and professional...she answered every one of my questions completely, and did her darndest to get me the best rates for everything. Though she informed me about options for bundling, she was not pushy about getting me to switch at all. (State Farm rates for condo insurance were better than the others I compared, but I did end up sticking with my current car insurance...for now.
