June Holder was appointed to the position of Broker Manager in 2001. Ms. Holder has been licensed to sell real estate in New Jersey since 1976 and owned and operated a property management company for many years.
During that time, she performed consulting services for a number of developers across the state and in that capacity, became familiar with the Kokes Organization. In 1994, Ms. Holder began working for the company as a Sales Consultant in their New Homes Division and earned many awards for her excellence in her field.

Never ever use this Realty. The realtor I had looked to get everything out of the house for Free! Are you kidding me? I truly know that this realtor violated her rights in this field. She lives in Greenbriar Woodlands and is in the office when available. Thought it would be convenient well guess what it is not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not honest at all and had friends over in the house for sale like it was The Price is Right game show. I even found eaten apple cores in the garage and bathroom lights left on. She broke the kitchen blinds by pulling them all the way up. A disgrace.

As I reviewed the Estates office next door similarly, selling a home with them has been a 5 star experience. Elaine Fronimakis was our Representative for listing on my mothers property. It was on less than favorable circumstances where as hope, on my families part, was low that this house would even sell. Elaine was caring, patient and within the first hour of the first open house, we had interest. The house was sold. I cannot write in an online review how much appreciation I have for them / her. I can only hit 5 stars and hope the next chooses the same. Thanks again.

Please do not use Ridge Realty. I believe Eve Weber has violated one or more articles of the Code of Ethics. Eve did not represent me the seller, as an agent nor did she treat me with honesty. She withheld pertinent information from me.
