Lots of people complain about how long it takes for them to fix your car when you bring it to them but I don't complain about that. It takes as long as it's gonna take to fix whatever the issue is with the vehicle.
Roys is a very, very busy mechanic shop so they have a lot of jobs going on at once. But one thing I can tell you is their prices are about average not at all overpriced and they do really good work even though it takes a little longer than everyone else for you to get your car back. But it's worth it for good work.

On recommendation of my regular mechanic who did what he could do without a fancy diagnostic machine, I took it in to get a computer problem fixed. Car stalling. "fixed" the computer and screwed up my entire electrical system. took it back. sitting on side of the road. I was told, " but we have other cars to fix." REALLY? Took it home after two weeks. It was obvious they never were going to find the problem THEY CAUSED and fix it. They NEVER called me. I always had to call them. Now i have a poltergeist car. Dash lights come on at will. Check engine light stays on. Socks on the wipers cuz they
