My husband and I are not pleased with the customer service, responsiveness, or sense of professionalism that this company lacks. We will not be recommending any houses that are using Select Real Estate Inc for many reasons. One of which being because when I tried to call to ask about the different protocols in our lease, which I was just trying to understand, the manager was VERY condescending as well as making it seem like it was the most time consuming task to take 10 minutes out of her day to help me understand my lease. They dont fix anything in a timly manner, there representitives just tell you there is nothing they can do. Very un professional. They sneak things into the lease that sign your tenent rights away in various situations. Dont let them fool you. In the middle of a global health pandemic they show no urgency to either fix the utilities of offer a hotel room to the tenents like a company with good customer service would do.

As Sophie stated three months back their customer service is not good. My wife spotted their sign in front of a property so I called to inquire yesterday. The lady (Jennifer) I spoke with said, "I just put the sign up like 30 minutes ago it's not even on the MLS yet can you call back tomorrrow?" I said ok. I call again this afternoon to inquire about the property because it's still not on the MLS as I'm speaking she cuts me off and says "I'm showing the property tomorrow you can come at X time." Now outside from her cutting me off it would've been nice to just get my questions out, but this shows

What a joke. Started Aug 2017 renting a beautiful town home was 1884.00 that included everything included 300.00 refundable damage deposit, by Nov 2017was told construction would be upgrading me to sea sun sand, this was NOT a upgrade!!! They charged me 2604.00, when things went wrong they blamed century 21 that's where they rented it from,which cost them 2167.20. Out of my money. Refused to refund the balance of 448.80.There were many things wrong with the rental,never made it right. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEN TO ANY ONE.!!!unless you want to pay more for less. Double check on EVERYTHING

Purchased 3 houses through Select and have always been please. Used them for a rental management company with my first home and they did a great job. Easy to work with and they have their client's best interests at heart!
We have also had family use them for beach vacation rentals. The condos are beautiful and well maintained. Great price point compared to others they looked at.
