Joelyn Laughlin is a local Houston & Cypress area artist and professional photographer as well as a certified photography instructor with over 25 years experience behind the camera. She has won numerous awards throughout her career including the PPGH Aspiring Photographer of the Year Award. Joelyn has a passion for people and photography that is evident in her work.
As your premier Houston wedding photographer, we use Double Lighting which gives additional depth to your photographs and helps lighten dark backgrounds. We offer a variety of packages to fit your needs, in classic color and photojournalistic black & white. Flexible payment plans are provided as a service to all of our clients.
Each session includes a variety of settings with an unlimited amount of exposures. Prior to the session you will receive a free portrait consultation to ensure that we capture your vision for your portraits. Two photographers capturing a combination of classic and photojournalistic style images including color, black and white and colorized black and white.
Working with Laughlin Photography for all of our wedding needs was nothing short of an amazing experience. They worked around our schedule and were far more than accommodating and flexible. Doug and Joelyn took the time to drive to Huntsville, Texas TWICE to get the perfect engagement photographs that hold many memories to Rudy and I.

We contracted with Laughlin Photography for my daughter's wedding. Their prices were very reasonable for the wedding package. They are a husband and wife team so you're actually getting two photographers at a good price.
We met them at their house and I was a little hesitant at first. Nothing they did, I was just a bit worried about hiring individuals and not some photography studio. My soon to be husband found our photographer and I must say that he did an excellent job finding them. Not, only does he know them personally but we got a preview on how they work and got to see sample of previous weddings they did.
I must say there customer service is excellent they get back to you as quickly as they can since they are really busy.
I'm very pleased with them overall and I'm looking forward to be working with them.
