I had issues with answers from my tax preparer about my 'head of household' questions. I contacted the irs and got nothing but a half hours wait listening to elevator music. Things started out well with using Andrea for my business tax services, but eventually she stopped responding to my calls, emails, and texts. Although I paid her in advance for the services, they weren’t done properly and now the government is telling me that I’ll be penalized.
