Norwood Construction Services performs inspections representing the Division of State Architects (DSA) in. We are a General Contracting Company that can take your project from conception to completion. The new court house is a (5) five story court house with 10 court rooms and a detention area for in custody persons.
Brian A. Norwood is a DSA Class 1 Inspector and a licensed General Contractor. Mr. Norwood has over 30 years experience and brings with him a resume filled with projects delivered on time and on budget. Norwood Construction Services is a General Contracting Company that is made up of the leaders in DSA, OSHPD and ADA/Casp inspections, project engineers, architects and project managers.
Norwood Construction Services has been inspecting schools since 1991. The state of California requires per the "Field Act" of 1933 that a "Competent" inspector continuously inspect the construction of K-12 and Junior Colleges during construction. Norwood Construction Services provides competent inspectors to school districts throughout the state of California.
Norwood Construction Services performs a full scope of Commercial Property inspections. NCS utilizes DSA and OSHPD inspectors to perform the inspections. NCS follows ASTM standards for PCR (Property Condition Reports) and PCA (Property Condition Assessments). NCS also performs ADA/Casp site surveys and inspections as one of many inspections that can be requested.
