Dr. Eubanks is the Medical Director at Elite Healthcare Physical Medicine. She is a Tanner Health System physician, specializing in Internal Medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1997. In 2001, she graduated from medical school from the Medical College of Georgia.
