If you need someone who knows their stuff Sandra is the Briker for you! She is well educated in real estate. Sandra has been amazing over the years she has sold 2 of our homes and has helped us buy. I would hands down. Recommend Elite and Sandra over anyone else. Sandra answers my crazy calls and texts when I am freaking out however she makes everything run smooth. I only freak out cause my personality is that. Sandra works well with my quirks. You need someone who will be there no matter what and that is Sandra!!!

Sandra has sold 2 of my properties. With her working our deals we have always been extremely happy. There is piece of mind knowing someone is doing everything in tour best interest. We hired Sandra to manage our airBnB. She was chronically unresponsive. When she did communicate it was often through garbled texts that didn't seem to answer our concerns. Her accounting method remains a mystery even to us who have extensive experience in accounting. We would recommend you go elsewhere for services. There are several stellar real estate agents in Mt. Shasta.

Sandra lacks integrity. Material facts in my real estate purchase were purposely hidden leaving me with a large home repair bill when the purchase was complete. Rather than work with me to resolve the issues, Sandra deflected and twisted the simple facts. I am not stupid! Since Sandra is the owner/broker, I suggest the entire company lacks integrity. Elite needs to re acquaint themselves with the CA Department of Real Estate - 'Laws of Agency'. Deceptive real estate practices are punishable under law. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable local brokerage.

My family has been renting from Elite for nearly 3 years now, and I couldn't imagine going back to a different property manager. Every time there is an issue Sandra and Leeann do a great job of responding and correcting the issue. I have friends that rent from them as well and this past Christmas there stove went out and Sandra was able to get someone out there on Christmas Day to fix the stove top. I don't know of any property manager that would even answer their phone on Christmas let alone be able to dispatch someone to help solve a problem.

Do NOT hire Elite Real Estate Group to manage your property or sell your property. We live in the Bay Area and own a 3 bedroom house in Lake Shastina Community in Weed, CA. It has been a rental property. Elite has been managing the property for us. In May 2017, we decided to put the house on the market. Since Elite has been managing the property, for convenience reason, we decided to let Sandra Haugen, the owner of Elite Real Estate Group to sell our property as the listing agent.
