Although headaches can be triggered by nervous system affects, their core cause is always excessive blood deprivation within the head. If you are looking for pain relief and solutions in St Paul, you have come to the right place. Treece Kampmeyer, LMT, has been referred by those who have experienced her work, as a "Pain and Headache Specialist".

We are alive in our bodies. The body and mind are inextricably intertwined - a design that was essential for the survival of the human species. Due to the "brain-centered" - fast paced world we live in today, the mind and body often become disjointed and work against each other. Massage facilitates their healthy re-connection.
Treece has worked with issues arising from auto-immune diseases, repetitive strains and accident injuries, along with conditions as Scoliosis, Hip Dysplasia, and Cerebral Palsy. Many clients have been seeing Treece long-term; building caring client-practitioner relationships.
As an athlete from a young age, Treece developed a strong sense of connection with her own body, affording her an intuition that goes beyond her formal training and years in practice. In addition, Treece's expertise was expanded upon, due to her own personal experience with 2 major injuries which caused severe jamming in her spine and broken bones in her leg.

With soothing strokes, gentle kneading and pressure, Swedish massage promotes relaxation as it calms the nervous system. This long-established modality releases stress, increases circulation and enhances the immune system. This technique eases muscles out of their tightened "trauma" state by gentle pressure graduating to deeper pressure until the muscles have regained blood flow into their core, which re-softens and re-lengthens the muscle.

Treece knows the body. She is very in tune with it and is this in tune with ones needs. She assesses your body and knows where to work. She is very friendly and inviting, as well! I have never had a massage therapist so knowledgeable, who can work the muscles the way she does. I highly recommend receiving your massage needs from A Caring Touch!

I highly recommend Treece. Due to years of bad working posture, I was told by a physical therapist that my back and shoulder pain would never go away. However, a good experience with deep tissue massage did ease the pain. When I moved to St Paul six years ago, the pain flared up again, not responding to painkillers for a week, and I desperately needed a new massage therapist. Treece’s description fit what I was looking for, and she was able to take care of my pain in my first session. I continue to see her on a maintenance basis. It’s been hard to change my bad working habits, but I have adopted

All I can say is that Treece is amazing. I had been in agony after a pinched nerve in my neck caused all my neck shoulders and upper back muscles to tighten. After a 30 minute massage I feel so much better. The whole experience was pleasant. Being somewhat shy I always am a bit uncomfortable getting a massage, but that was not the case here. I will recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Treece.

The massage was good, I think it was my first ever, but the lady that worked on me tried telling me that I do not have an autoimmune form of arthritis and that my body is screwed up from using an elliptical machine at the gym. I've used an elliptical around 10 times and it was over 6 mos ago. I would not recommend anyone to go here and I will not be returning. Autoimmune diseases are REAL! I suffer from one on a daily basis. Yikes.

For the past ten years or so, going to Treece for a regular massage has helped keep me sane, strong and healthy. She is a calm, friendly person. I originally went to her with a frozen shoulder and back pain. She not only cleared up those issues, but also helped me recover from knee surgery. Her caring hands are definitely an important part of my routine.

Treece has such soft hands and yet is able to give very deep and thoughtful massages. She is kind and a great conversationalist. If you want a quiet massage, though, she can give you that too. Also, she is very accepting an open minded, unless you get her talking about running. She is very adamant about her beliefs that running is not good for the body and certainly not for everybody. I highly recommend her!
