I called this gentleman for help. He did answer quickly. That's the only good thing I have to say.
In midst of me speaking to him, he was very rude. In the middle of our conversation he said "You're going to let me talk now", while I was mid sentence. It was so disgustingly rude that I told him there was no way I would ever hire someone who spoke to me like that.
I do not recommend.

Mr. Kirk is a very strong and competent lawyer. He was attentive, responsive, and professional at all times. My family and I were visiting Maryland and we were rear-ended by a careless driver. The insurance company was very difficult and ignored my attempts for resolution for years. About a year ago, I contacted Attourney Eric T Kirk and he successfully helped me get through my case when I had got injured in a car accident on the better side.
