Nidia is a very sweet lady and is knowledgeable on selling houses in the Atlanta area. However, there were several issued that has docked her a decent review from me. In my experience, her or her office is very disorganized and does not have proper planning. As an example, we had a house built and the builder told us the location of closing. She went to another location. It seemed that she completely forgot to read her email or was disorganized. There are other examples but she appears to be disorganized in this aspect and is heavily impacted on her professionalism.

We started this process of buying a house very confused. We were unsure and nervous about purchasing a house for first time. We had a great realtor like nidia guzman and Cynthia to help us every step and set backs that we had through the whole progress. They are the ones who introduced us to the naca program. They worked very hard to get us a low interest rate with a perfect affordable monthly mortgage payment.
