Everyone is friendly professional and caring. Each and every time you go. I have never had to wait a long time once I arrived. The ladies are straight to the point to get everything done. And then once they turn you over to the dock you know everything is good. Very friendly reminders of your next appointment.It is also very clean and fresh when you arrive. One of the most courteous staff I have ever met. And everyone seems to have a great sense of humor.

I used to be a dental assistant years ago. So I can give an honest review. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years but never in all that time was I ever as satisfied with a dental office as I have been with not only Dr. Birchen who is very gentle and kind, but with the whole staff. The hygienist is the best I have ever had clean my teeth because normally I would have to be medicated due to sensitivity and now I don't as she is wonderful. I highly recommend Concord Point Family

I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other dentists. I recently moved back to Maryland and was looking for an honest dentist who was interested in taking good care of my mouth - not just racking up procedures and dollar$$. This dentistry team is EXACTLY what I was praying to find.

I visited Concord Point Family Dentistry, today, as a new patient.My experience not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. The entire staff did an amazing job. The Hygienist, Gina did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim Birchen, was nice and very welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Kim Burchen has been my dentist for several years now ever since he was recommended to me by my sister. I've always been happy with his work and any pain has been relatively minimal even through cavity filling. Whenever someone says they need a dentist I mentioned him and give my recommendation. I plan to continue going there for as long as he stays in business.

I felt like I left a dental spa! My husband and I enjoy spending time together. So we had a date day and selected a new dentist. We were both overjoyed with the attention to detail, clear communication and exceptional customer care that was provided to both of us!

My mom has been coming here for years and has always praised Dr. Birchen and his staff and after visiting myself I couldn’t agree with her more. Always friendly and professional.
