Yolie!!! Is so knowledgeable she knows exactly what she is doing. I have been in pain for 7months in my whole body! No one could make me better. She has helped me so much with so little time. I wasnt able to move my arms at all and when I left I wanted to cry because I could pick my hands up and move them around. My spine is messed up, my nerves are messed up but she makes me feel like I can do anything. Her office and her room are so welcoming, warm and very soothing. She has a great personality and is very friendly and cares so much about her clients. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!

Through the COVID pandemic, this company has completely avoided my calls & social media outreach yet charged me for my spa package with no services completed, perhaps due to them closing, nor communication on my options. This is very disappointing because I absolutely adore my masseuse & front desk staff. I don’t blame them. I blame management. Now the voicemail box is full & I have been blocked from messaging on Facebook. Now that businesses are re-opening I expect some type of response & refund. I don’t deserve this type of service after consistently making payments & referring other clientele

The Groupon is intentionally misleading. I bought a groupon for four laser lipo and four vibration sessions. When I arrived, the manager explained that I could use 2 sessions at once for forty min with the lasers and forty minutes on the vibration machine. When I was done w both, I went out to schedule my second appointment. The manager told me that I had used all four sessions of laser lipo at once, but I could buy a package for more. Needless to say I was very unhappy and told her that she was completely changing what she said earlier. She told me she was sorry I misunderstood, but I did not

Thanks Lisa for a wonderful massage! I purchased two separate massages for my boyfriend and I for Vday and both appointments were amazing! Lisa was receptive to my needs/wants and politely checked in with me during the massage without being bothersome. She took her time, was incredibly respectful and all around, provided great customer service. Candlewood Massage has a great therapist on their hands and I will definitely be back to see Lisa.

Terrible experience! Showed up 5m before my appt, didn't mention on the call when setting the appt they'd need me to fill out 10m paperwork before beginning. Then had me down for the wrong session, aroma vs. Deep tissue. Took 5m to get it figured out along with honoring the web pricing vs. supposed $20 upgrade from the wrong section price. Then took another 5m for the therapist to get me. By the time I'm on the table it's 15 after the hour and the next thing I know she's closing out the session at 10 till. Math 35m rub down for $60!

My husband had a lot of back/shoulder tension and wanted a deep tissue massage. After reviewing Candlewood Massage, I made the appointment for him. It was with Ramona, and he said the massage was by far the best he has ever had!!! Needless to say, we will both be going to Candlewood from now on. Thanks Ramona!
