We recently sold and bought a home using Cheryl Polk and I have to say working with her was awesome! She really went above and beyond to make sure our experience went smoothly, she kept in contact with us every step of the way, and she was able to get a brand new roof and new flooring put in with very little money out of our pocket! I highly reccomend Cheryl, she is very good at what she does!!
