R&T is a great shop. We have taken both our higher-mileage vehicles here for over 3 years now and have no complaints. Their prices are VERY reasonable especially compared to car dealerships' service departments. And, there have been several occasions in which their mechanics have gone "above and beyond" in helping us to get our vehicles out the door and back on the road so that we can keep other commitments.

These guys are AMAZING! I was in town visiting my family and they got me in, and everything done, in just a few days. They worked with my warranty company and made sure I got the best deal possible. They kept me in the loop as they went, and I always felt like I was the one making decisions. Super friendly staff and a great value! I couldn't recommend them more!

They no longer take appointments and expect you to leave your car in their parking lot with no idea of when they will "get to it." This is our only family vehicle. We waited all day and then had to pick it up without the oil change/inspection. Wasted my whole day on this. No customer service! And they're not cheap either.

THE nicest and most helpful auto repair shop I've ever used! Their work is top quality and I'm always treated with respect. I have used other repair shops and liked them, but none have ever made me feel as welcomed and cared for as R & T.
If you're still not convinced, try one of their $15.95 (current as of 12/2019) oil changes. They will change the oil and filter and point out any potential problems, showing you exactly what they're talking about and giving you honest answers about everything.

While that pesky check engine light can be terrifying the people at R & T Auto go out of their way to make your visit to the repair shop as pleasant as possible!
This I'd a family run business that has multiple generations working here. They are so kind and always honest. They are always happy to check over your vehicle and let you know all the issues they see and what issues should be taken care of asap and what ones aren't a big deal andncan wait. They have always been incredibly truthful and never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

If you like a good deal on an oil change and aren't in the mood to hunt down a coupon deal this business advertises a $14.95 oil change that blows everyone else's price out of the water. I was actually a little apprehensive that this was too good to be true but they were absolutely true to form.
It may run a few dollars higher than that depending upon the required oil quantity for your vehicle but even then it's a great deal. If you have a vehicle that has a more exotic filter type it may also cost slightly more.
