We purchased a property that they had listed. After offer was made and accepted they aloud the owners maintenance man to enter premises and remove items which were included in sale. Also we never recieved the extra key that the maintenance man possessed. No response from Follmer about allegations and no resolution.
Seems we may be forced to consider legal action.
Please consider this before doing business with this particular realstate company. Still have not received a call back or inquiry. Mark Whitt, new owner of said property.
