The first step is to become qualified. This step is especially important for new businesses. Please print out the Lease Application and Questionnaire for Prospective Tenants, fill them out completely, and return both by fax to 408.331.2301. One of our leasing agents will contact you. Once you are qualified, you will be asked to submit a business plan and a personal resume.

Good luck renting from such a place. This place will make you pay for any problems you may have with your commercial rental property. When you have a problem they will also ignore you for many days. We had some plumbing problems and they asked us "are you sure you want to hire an emergency plumber? It's going to increase your CAM". They also think we should be so lucky to rent from their lousy facilities. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and it will be hard to rent anywhere else as they pretty much own too many buildings/manage too many of them. if you are locked in to a lease may you not have any problems

No good experience at all with mark or he’s assistant that doing you a favor that they answer their phones and ones that answer it. No patients and barley want to answer your questions which as a renter you want to know more details about the space you going to rent.
Mark was rude when talking to me he thinks that if he got few properties he can be rude to people. I won’t lease a space from this land lord even for free thank you and no thank you.
