We've made our careers in branding, advertising and marketing and we've made our mark by launching new brands and helping established brands retell their stories more effectively. We're made up of a talented team of strategists and creatives who are passionate about helping our clients look and perform their best.
As President and a Principal of MADE, Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. She started her career with a regional ad agency before graduating college and cut her teeth working on national brands such as McDonald's Restaurants, General Motors - Cadillac and VISIT FLORIDA.
As one of the Principals and the Executive Creative Director at MADE, Allen is hands-on-designing, writing, and leading talented creatives to ensure that clients' brand identities align with their brand messages. After receiving his degree in something once called "commercial art" from Tampa Technical Institute in 1990, Allen belly-flopped into his creative career and hasn't come up for air, yet.
Meet Cindy, our Art Director. In addition to designing pretty things, she's responsible for various tasks that keep MADE running smoothly, like tracking orders, quality control, making sure deadlines are met and generally being awesome. If you have a project with MADE, chances are, she's got her hands on it.
Ashley's role with MADE as an Account Executive provides her with an opportunity to put her project management, relationship building and communications skills to work. Before joining the MADE team, she spent her career sharing the mission and vision of one of Lakeland's beloved nonprofits - Volunteers in Service to the Elderly (VISTE).
