Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This company is not responsive and does not work with the customer to correct school photo ordering errors, even when the customer would still have liked to order photos. It is a shame the local school district has selected this company as their school photo vendor. This company is a huge disappointment.

These Women were so accommodating to me today when I showed up early at school with my remote kids to take an outdoor photo that had been rescheduled unbeknownst to me. I was not going to do individual school pictures this year as I did not want my kids having to unmask indoors, around a bunch of other kids with all the craziness of Covid. Because I was early and they were already set up, the secretary suggested that we check to see if they would be able to take my fifth graders individual photo, along with my third grader, and even my kindergartner’s who had missed her photos the day prior.

My children go to Rochester Primary School and had their photos taken back in February. I tired to order but nothing was showing up on their website. I then emailed them just to be told I cannot order due to them already printing other photos and that I had to wait until after March 10th to “reorder”. So that’s exactly what I did. When I made my order for both of my kindergartners, the total came to almost $100. I was then sent an email receipt. They never sent me an email stating how or when I would receive my photos. So I waited, thinking they would send me an email when they were ready

My children have had their school pictures taken for several years by Clintworth Photography and I have been pleased with every picture my kids have brought home. I find Clintworth Photography to be a very professional and friendly company that takes pride in their work. It is nice to work directly with this lifelong Olympia family and support their small family owned business. Their pictures are great and their heart is in what they do. My daughter's school has been using Clintworth for the last 9 years. Their prices are fair, their pictures are great and if there is an error they do not hesitate to fixed it. Their most expensive package is $34 and it comes with everything, even junior magnets! It is less than Lifetouch, which my older daughter's school uses. I can also order online in about 2 minutes which makes it super easy!

I’m super disappointed my daughters new school is using this company instead of lifetouch. Super overpriced pictures, we could only afford one sheet of pictures because their packages are too expensive and then after I place the order I realize there is no choice to change the background it’s just this ugly blue color. They also don’t answer the phone. Almost worth changing my daughter schools because they can’t hire a professional company, this must be one person running their whole organization. Just cause it’s local doesn’t make it better.
