This crew is seriously so amazing! We would give them 10/5 stars if it was possible! We broke down on our way to our vacation destination on a holiday weekend… Scott, shanti, Chris and Trent all worked together to help us… from staying late to figure out the issue, ordering parts promptly, keeping us informed throughout the process and fixing our truck in less than 24 hours… wow. We are so thankful! This crew will go above and beyond. We highly recommend them!!

Brought my 2011 Honda Fit to them after a headlight went out, replacing the bulb didn't fix the issue, and the front lights of my car kept going out one by one. They discovered the issue was a sensor sending high voltage to the fuse box when it should have been low voltage, which unfortunately burnt out the whole box. To make matters worse, no parts store had a fuse box available! Scott and Shanti managed to work their magic and find a fuse box very quickly; I just picked my car up and my lighting works again! Thank you Shanti, thank you Scott, and thank you to all the staff at Best Auto Repair

We are Geo Massachusetts and had spent the night in the fairground. We had our oil changed a week ago in Scottsbluff, NE. Now the heat shield is loose and vibrating something aweful. We pulled into Best Autoamd they explained that they were extremely busy. But the manager said let’s go look at it and see if we do a quick fix or if you should make an appointment and return. The gentleman looked at it and said he could fix it with zip ties and we’d be fine till we get home. He reassured me that it was fine. And we are off to more exploring of this beautiful country.

I took my car in multiple times and got great service, at an honest price. Best Auto is not like other repair shops in that they don’t scam, and it feels like a friendship or family setting even. I had a great experience working with Best Auto Longmont to do an electrical repair on my Jeep. After initially calling a few places including the Jeep dealer to get estimates for diagnosing the problem I chose Best Auto Longmont based on their straightforward explanation and reasonable pricing. Scott and Shanti were very friendly and made the experience working with Best Auto Longmont as painless as getting an auto repair can be. They went out of their way to give great customer service and I was pleasantly surprised with the value I got on the total repair cost - just the opposite of the way

Best Auto went beyond my expectations: 1) going to bat for me with my warranty supplier 2) staying overtime to make sure repairs were completed in the time promised and 3) physically delivering my RR to a specialist for further evaluation. Brought my 93 Nissan pickup in to have oil starvation issue diagnosed after having replaced oil pump, and mentioned that I believed it was a clogged pick up tube but did not have the means to diagnose and repair in my garage.
"Diagnosis" was the engine being started and immediately turned off, and telling me no repairs could be done, engine would… need to be replaced. Disregarded my suggestions, no further inspection was done, and so the truck was brought home after $150 for nothing. Pulled the engine and dropped the oil pan myself, and the pickup tube screen was clogged, after a new engine

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Best Auto in Longmont. The person answering the phone, Carrissa, was friendly, patient as I asked questions, and very helpful in my one-off request. The feeling at their location in Longmont is one of a family owned business where they also treat you like family. They seem to enjoy helping… customers, a rare thing to find these days. I must also mention that they went above and beyond in my case. My car died just 1/4 mile from their location and they came and met me and jumped my car and helped me bring it there, then they worked on
