Cyberbullying Faculty Training at Ben Franklin New Orleans criminal attorney, Elizabeth B. Carpenter, gave a presentation on cyberbullying to the faculty of Benjamin Franklin High School in New Orleans. The purpose of this event was to help the staff members fulfill their required 2 hours of annual training in spotting, preventing and handling bullying.
Consultations where I am requested to review documentation and render an opinion about the matter are typically billed at my hourly rate, depending on the amount of documentation, the complexity of the issues presented and the length of the consultation. Due to the large volume of calls that I receive for Criminal and DWI cases, it is not possible for me to offer free in office consultations.

The prosecutor can bring charges of both Assault and Battery as either misdemeanors or felonies, depending on the facts of the case and the severity of the victim's injuries. As a result, you should not take these criminal charges lightly or assume that you can handle the situation on your own.
