I've worked with URM on several occasions throughout the years on smaller projects, but this was the first time I've been involved from concept to delivery. Lindsey is a joy to collaborate with and the whole team will stop at nothing to make sure every aspect of every piece is executed as requested. We entrusted URM with the launch of our newly resurrected (vintage) bourbon brand and couldn't be happier with the results!

I am part of a club that ordered well over 200 hats and jackets before breeders cup. Today is Dec 6 2018 and I still have not received my merchandise. I have called every week and I get the same story that they will ship next week. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. They are not capable of handling large orders that don’t fit their typical process. Keep in mind that the breeders cup was 5 weeks ago and the items were ordered over 6 weeks ago. All they had to do was embroidery the name of the horse on the hats and jackets.
