Sharon's review is right on!! More details to follow. Do not allow them to charge your credit card. Hit my Visa card twice for the 4300 for 20 visits that were not allowed by insurance. Said it was 'a mistake' - 'the system froze'. Two days later the extra charge was not reversed and I had to contact the credit card company to reverse the extra charge.
I was told the extra 3k of PT was covered by insurance but just recently found out the office hit my HSA card for $5200 and never showed me a statement, receipt or anything else after repeated requests. Put in wrong information to HSA card on 'when

If I could give this place no stars I would. HORRIBLE experience. My son when in for 2 appts last week, 2nd appt charged his debit card $1,000 when we have BCBS PPO insurance. My son came home from his 2nd appt and said he felt something weird was happening at this place. My son is 18 so he went to the appt alone. My son said the doctor tried explaining to him how insurance works and if he knew what a deductible was and he answered no. I basically crawled into this office a while back due to some sudden back problem and Dr. Flynn worked on my back with massage, chiropractic and heat and I'm walking just fine now. I get a rune up now and then to stay feeling that way.
She explained exactly what was wrong with my back and sent me for diagnostic tests including MRI and x rays and then explained what they meant..
