If you want to get your house sold, find a house, or other properties quickly, you need Nadine "Deenie" Pomilia. Deenie found my house that I have now in 1996. No problem buying it at all with financing. This year she had multiple offers on my 4 unit property in one day. Sold the next day. She helped me set up the property for showing. Then she listed it and sold in one day. Deenie didn't stop there. She followed through with my attorney, as well as myself, until I received my funds. I highly recommend Deenie!!! You will not be disappointed. I haven't and I hired her twice so far!

Deenie goes way above and beyond expectations. She even took me to see homes while she was still on crutches recovering from surgery! Deenie is always looking out for her clients, helping as needed, like during the flurry of making offers or signing the contract. It’s her care for her clients that makes her such an outstanding realtor (and person)!

We have worked with Deenie on a few occasions. She is one of the best. She help one of our adult children buy his first home and the other find the perfect rental. Recently, Deenie helped us sell my aunt's home after she moved to Assisted Living. Deenie works quickly and thoroughly and helps her clients keep organized and informed.
