The Flexion Distraction technique can greatly reduce sciatic pain and help rehabilitate disc injuries. Instrument Assisted Technique is an alternative to manual adjusting. The tool is adjustable to the amount of force that it delivers, and when appropriate, may be used on all ages.

From my first visit to see Dr. James at Elite Chiropractic, I felt like I was in good hands. I had hurt my neck in an accident and after the first adjustment, the pain I had experienced for months was remarkably better. After 3 visits, the pain and discomfort were gone completely. I’d been experiencing some pretty severe back pain and decided to give chiropractic a shot before scheduling with my primary care physician. I’m so glad I did. Dr. James spends a lot of time with you, listening and explaining, then gives you ample time on the stretching and adjustment tables. I have significant improvement after just two visits. Dr. James is amazing w/his treatments!! His approach, procedures and services are top notch with fantastic results that stay with you. As an added bonus the hydro massage bed is definitely a service well worth adding!! Thank you for helping me live a more active life w/o the debilitating pain I was struggling thru.
