Andrea Lane and her whole team were extremely helpful during all aspects of selling our home. Since we had moved out of state prior to the listing going active there were lots of additional things she took care of for us. Because we had previously had such great results with Roy from Yost Realty, we opted to chose him again, and we were not disappointed! He is part of a great team. The photographer was very good, and is creative in noting attractive features and incorporating them cleverly in the photos. Roy is very experienced, great to work with, and responsive to our concerns and the market trends, adjusting our add accordingly. He really knows his stuff!

I have been working with Roy for the last few months and he has been so great to work with. My boyfriend and I were looking into purchasing a new build home in July and without Roy’s knowledge we would have never got the home we wanted. He always responds very fast and was always willing to answer our questions or help us to communicate with our builder. We are hopefully closing today! We were purchasing a new home while living out of state and everything was very smooth, professional and always had prompt responses and help when needed. Very attentive to the smallest detail. We were kept informed of all steps throughout the process, either with direct phone calls or emails, so we knew exactly what was happening in AZ even though we were not in AZ at the time.

Was interested on a 1.5acre with a mobile home. Placed an offer and they wouldn't close the deal after a few days to see if any other first time home buyers were interested as well. "They wanted to give other first time home buyers an opportunity". It sold to a non first time home buyer because they went above asking price that remax closed the… deal with. They called me and informed me of this and said they didn't know how this happened and how it sold to them. When I wanted to take it to the upper higher got ignored and my phones calls were not answered. They were more money hungry then
