Byrne Chiropractic & Wellness Center was founded in 2008 by Dr. Stephen Byrne. He started practicing in Lansing in 1999, then moved to Detroit and western Michigan to practice. He moved to Rockford after falling in love with our town, enjoying the small town feel and close-knit community. Dr. Byrne knew it would be a perfect place to raise his family.
She has lived in Rockford for most of her life and really enjoys working in an environment that influences the health of the community. She has been married for over 30 years and has an adult son and daughter who live in Colorado. Outside of work she spends her time walking her three dogs - Walter, Lillian and Agnes, kayaking, bicycling, motorcycling, gardening and sewing.
Dr. Stephen Byrne's years of experience have given him a unique insight into the most effective ways to heal our patients. A combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy may be used as appropriate to your condition. We locate areas of interference and remove them so that your body can function better.
Sarah has been with Byrne Chiropractic for over a year and a half. She graduated from National University of Health Sciences in April of 2019 with an additional board certification in Animal Chiropractic. Dr. Sarah is passionate about helping people and animals alike with a holistic and gentle approach to healing injuries, chronic stress related pain and everything in between.
When you walk into Byrne Chiropractic & Wellness Center, you'll feel relaxed in our spa-like environment. Far from being clinical, our patients feel stress melt away when they arrive. Peaceful and welcoming, you'll hear soft music playing and a diffuser with essential oils helping you relax. Kids are welcome to play in the children's area and feel at home in our office.

I have a bad back, couldn’t do a lot, even dishes lol. I’m thankful for coming to Byrne Chiropractic. I have been coming for a year now, and I have been able to do so much more than before. I can live a life relatively pain free because of going to the chiro. Definitely recommend them for back issues

I could not be more grateful for such a talented, passionate and genuinely caring Dr. I came in because my lower back was totally locked up out of nowhere and I was in a ton of pain. Dr. Byrne not only addressed the physical stressors causing my back pain, but he also showed me how, chemical, emotional and energetic stressors weaken my body's ability to adapt and heal as it should when it's strong. He addresses and treats the root cause and not the symptoms. He truly has been a blessing in my life. I'm beyond grateful for what I've learned in my healing journey and I know that this renewed strength

I used to appreciate the hospitality and personal attention that the chiropractor gave. Now he is usually flippant with you to get you in and out ASAP. Yet, spends his sweet time with certain patients. He is always running at least fifteen minutes late...always. And then doesn’t ever apologize for it when you mention it. He used to not have such a big head. Way too expensive for this kind of mistreatment, find a different chiropractor!

I have felt an immense transformation by utilizing the Chiropractic care, supplements, and massage services. They offered superb care during a difficult time (2020) and always make accommodations for clients. I couldn't reccomend this office more.

Love Dr. Steven Byrne and his staff! My neck and back were all out of alignment after a few harsh falls off of a horse in one day. They got me right in, and with two appointments a week for three weeks I was completely back to normal, actually feeling better than I was before the falls!
I am always greeted by name when I walk in, and that makes me feel like I'm not seen as "just a patient"!
Definitely recommend without hesitation and will continue to use this practice for as long as I need any chiropractic services!

We travel 90 miles monthly to Byrne Chiropractic because they are simply the best. The restorative treatments they have for all sorts of ailments are effective and typically immediate. My whole family sees Dr. Byrne and his staff. They are professional, courteous and always helpful. Highly recommended.

At first I was happy with the care I received with this office. I really liked the Doctor's approach to patient treatment. I had a recent injury to my neck and called hoping for an emergency appointment and the front desk staff made me feel as I was an inconvenience, they could not find a chart attached to my name even though I have been there a handful of times, and acted more concerned about collecting payment from me that I had already paid but she had no record of the payment and proceeded to tell me we will have to go off of the "honor system". A very disappointing and unprofessional conversation

I've been going to chiropractors my whole life and Dr. Byrne is one of the best I've ever seen! The whole staff is very kind and compassionate. On the second visit, they all knew my name.
His goal is to get to the root issue, not just adjust you and out the door. He spends time with you and really listens.
I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
