Oh my Goodness! I don't know where to start..Dave Snell State farm in Riverview, FL has been so good to me. First off there staff is amazing very attentive and eager to help you in anyway they can. Nevertheless, I have not once out of the nearly 4 years I've been insured with State Farm had any complications as Dave himself or the team members of diligently service all of my needs in a timely manner and reasonable priced. I would not trade State Farm for anyone. Having State farm as an insurer actually feels like Family. Keep up the excellent work! #TeamSnell

Wish I could give 0 stars! Imagine calling up and making major changes to your policy, those changes being recorded and left in your notes. You have a long history working with this office/company so you put your payments on auto-pay trusting everything has been revised and updated. How upset would you be to check your bill only a couple months shy of a year later and realize they never made any changes to your bill. That's reality for me right now! I'm beyond upset with this office. I'm actually canceling all my previous and pending policies immediately. I can understand mistakes being made, it

I was billed in error for over a year and, even after admitting that the error was theirs, they refused to offer any sort of credit. I was billed 2k over a year. I would have taken a $50 credit but nothing at all was offered. I have had all of my insurance products them for more than 4 years and they simply dismissed me. I do like State Farm’s products but would definitely recommend you use a different office.

Have absolutely appreciated the service we have received from this very special State Farm office.
