Very unprofessional! Acted like I was a bother. She was very annoyed and made me feel pressured. After telling her several times I was not interested in switching she then got very rude. She was not friendly. Over the phone she told me what all I could add to my policy, I walked in under the impression I was going to save a ton of money, she then changed her story and nothing she said I could do was possible. False comments and not taking no for a answer really shows that she is just after your money

Avoid State Farm and especially this agent in Clearfield at all cost. I tried changing insurance companies with her and all she did was take my money and lie to me. She took an initial payment and stated she was going to contact my current agency (Geico) to have that policy cancelled. Nearly a month goes by and Geico withdrew their payment as usual. Upon contacting them, they tell me they never received a cancellation request from State Farm. I contacted the State Farm agent and she said she faxed it. Back and forth with Geico concluded she never did fax it. Since she never cancelled my Geico insurance
