Becky was wonderful, and did everything she could to help me when my former insurance company sent mail to my former address and canceled my policy d/t a lack of a reply from me (because I never received said mail that would have been particularly helpful in that case), but when I got a new car, the girl (I won’t say her name here), that took over made no effort to help me find lower rates for full auto coverage, even though she said she would, and overall treated me like a number rather than a human being. For the record… every single quote I’ve gotten from every agency I’ve called has

Every interaction with the Rowan Group has been fantastic, from my initial call to set up my business insurance, to calls to get certificates of insurance and to make policy changes.
