Senie & Associates, P.C. handles real estate closings for our clients, reviewing offers, purchase and sale agreements, condominium documents, and other instruments required to complete the transaction. We work with our clients to review building inspection, title, 21E environmental and other professional reports on the property being purchased, and we complete our own zoning bylaw compliance analysis.
Senie and Associates, P.C. supports clients in the establishment of business entities by drafting and filing required formation documents with the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, drafting bylaws, operating agreements and shareholder agreements, and obtaining federal employer identification numbers (EINs) from the IRS.
We work with our clients to eliminate the source of noise pollution and assist our clients in the coordination of environmental clean up efforts. Represented a residential neighborhood group in central Massachusetts objecting to the level of noise emitted by a nearby 24 hour trucking facility. The noise interfered with the neighbors' use and enjoyment of their property and interrupted their sleep.
