Our school photography program offers many options and carries Gerlinde's 100% satisfaction guarantee. Schools can choose to have traditional school portraits taken, as well as any of the following: class group photos, cap & gown graduation, camp groups, prom portraits, individual and group dance portraits, personality portraits and more.

I have had the single worst customer service experience with Gerlinde and would never do business with them again. I will be calling my son's school to recommend an optional photography studio. They promised, did not deliver and had the nerve to deny at least three times during the call, things that were shortly after proven to be untrue (They didn't offer yard signs for free this year, I didn't place an order, I was given the yard sign when I picked up my order). I am leftwithout a yard sign, frustrated and a bit annoyed I spent a dime with them for my son's HS graduation photos. I will recommend

I contacted Michael and he was very prompt in responding back to my email. Less than 24 hours. He was kind and helped get my son's VPK graduation file to me. I was not sure how to obtain it due to school temporary shut down, so I contacted Gerlinde & I am so happy I did! If you are looking for photography work, I would definitely suggest Gerlinde as their customer service, professionalism and quality is flawless. Thanks again, Michael! Very happy with the photo :)

Gerlinde Photography did our wedding photos 17 years ago. Just had one of our wedding pictures enlarged and we are beyond thrilled. Can’t believe how smooth of a process it was to locate our proofs, place the order and receive the beautiful 30 x 30 box frame. Calling the studio and going in to speak with Michael and staff was like visiting old friends. We highly recommend Gerlinde Photography.

I just had a rather "insane" phone call with Donna at Gerlinde Photography regarding school pictures. On Gerlinde's order screen, it says to "click here" to order online. Then you are directed to a page that has several schools listed. When you select your school, it says "click here to view your pictures". There are no pictures to view??? When I called, I was told that you must purchase the pictures in advance, "sight unseen". Who buys anything today "sight unseen"?? Donna's only answer was that this is the way they have been doing it for 40 years and that if we did not like the pictures

I just received the pictures of my children with Santa at their school, and I am so disappointed in the quality. I specifically paid extra money for them to retouch the photos to eliminate any scratches and dark marks (bruises on legs, etc.) on my children's skin (an option they offer). They clearly have not done that. Also, they've misspelled the first names of both of my children (printed on the back of the photos). The picture isn't full length and cuts off part of their feet while sitting on Santa's lap. Plus, the kids just do not look happy at all! We have had much better photos taken with

Gerlinde does the school pictures for my son’s school, there was an error in the package we received versus what I paid for, their customer service was very apologetic and replaced his pictures with the original package. They also gave me the option of picking up directly from their location instead of delivering to his school which would have resulted in bent pictures coming home from spending a day in a backpack

NSUCOM sent us here to get our graduation pictures taken by Michael. He was very responsive over email and accommodating of our busy schedules. The studio space itself is small, but his personality fills up the room. He was amazing from start to finish and thought of every detail. I'm admittedly very particular about pretty much everything, but Michael stayed one step ahead the entire session. When it came time to pick the final photo, he gave great insight on each frame and let me take my time.
Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion, although I do wish they had an option for digital

Joe with Gerlinde Photography took photos for our NSU College of Psychology formal event and did an incredible job. He was delightful to work with, flexible about our photo requests, and provided high-quality pictures in a very efficient time frame. After arriving early to be ready for the start of the event, Joe took both posed and candid photos for four hours straight and had the digital copies available literally the next day. I would absolutely hire Joe again--or anyone from Gerlinde Photography--and highly recommend working with them for any of your photography needs.

Gerlinde is overpriced, their websited is outdated and difficult to navigate and they take every opportunity to gouge the clilent for extra costs. They took my daughter's school photo and we had to order from their website. No package price, but it does cost $25 per sheet. So, for a couple 5x7s and a wallet page, that'll be $50. Then, they have the nerve to CHARGE $9 to mail the photos to us, or you can choose to pick them up at their studio for free. Why not deliver all the school photos to the school and send them home with the kids? That's the normal way to do it. Oh, because

Terrible Service and rude people. We did not have a choice since They are doing photos on Montesori Academy of Pembroke Pines, their Yelp score is 3 stars shows how bad They are. They took a picture of my daughter and They don't check if the photo is good to print, we paid 50 dollars for a bad photo which they even don't cut the paper. We called this "company" and they told that they take just one picture and print it, in a digital world it's unbelievable that They take just 1 picture. If you want a picture from your little ones go to another photographer.... Stay away
