I love this salon! Super clean and the decor is very elegant and relaxing. They have a full bar with complimentary drinks. I've had great experiences with several of the nail technicians, but my last set with Evelyn has been my favorite. She is so nice, and has great attention to detail. She talked me through every step to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She is very skilled and I will definitely be requesting her again in the future

I wouldn't go here if they were the last nail salon in San Antonio. The owner is awful. She removes negative comments, so I'm pretty sure she will remove this one as well like she's done my previous ones. The owner is disrespectful to her employees, and the customers that spend their hard earned money at her establishment. Last year March I went with two other friends, made appts for us a week in advance as one of my friends was flying in from Arizona. We arrived and are told that they double booked us... which seems to be a theme at this nail salon . I wouldn't have cared but

The good. The salon is very pretty inside and I like that they have a large amount of nail color options. It's also nice that they have a bar! Oh and I do really love that they have an online appointment and wait list system, make my life so much easier! The reason I am taking away two starts is due to the front desk service and cleanliness. For starters, when you walk in, the girl at the front desk pretty much operators like a machine (not very helpful in a service industry). If your looking for an amazing nail tech ASK FOR LEEANDRA!!! She is amazing! I’ve religiously had my nails done with her since April of 2021, and she has always done a great job! She loves nail art and it shows in her nail sets! I have FINALLY found someone who has pride in her work! Not to mention my sets last 4-6 weeks! WOOHOO!!!

I love the nails Leeandra did for me! I asked for a design on two nails and she did a great job. Although the color I originally wanted wasn't in stock, she helped me choose something else in the same color palette. I really felt like she cared as much for my nails as I did. She was so nice! I also love the new location. It is much bigger and more open and welcoming than the previous one. The decor and TVs made it even more relaxing. Overall, everything was done clean, with great quality, and the service was excellent!

Wonderful experience!!!! I used to come here when I lived in the area and decided to come back after trying multiple nail salons near my new home and had bad experiences. This place is hands down better than any place I’ve been to. Wonderful service. Kind staff. Today my nail specialist was Bree and she was Awesome!!! I just have to bite the bullet and drive out of my way to come back here! But you do what you have to do for good service and quality!

Kirsten and Leanndra are AMAZING!!! My sister and I got a full set of nails and pedicures and they both did amazing. The salon is so clean and modern with great vibes. We also got a free mimosa (they have a full service bar). It may be a bit more expensive than some other nail salons in SA, but I think it's totally worth it. They even stayed late for us (an hour past closing time) to finish our mani pedi. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They even offer a 7 day warranty on your nails, so I'm confused as to why someone on here said she was angry she broke a nail & had to pay to fix it.
They also offer complimentary beverages.
There are plenty of nail salons closer to me, but I always regret cheating on Asiana. I'm just guaranteed to have beautiful nails here. :)

Very disappointed in customer service. Signed in online for 2 pedicures, 1 adult 1 child. Get notification they are ready for us. Check in just to wait additional 30+ minutes. They call me for a chair, but aren't ready for my child. They find her a chair but no technician. She soaks her feet in cold water for 30 minutes while I get my pedicure. She is finally worked on but now I am finished and waiting 20 minutes for her. Plus they cut her toe which is now infected. When I pay, the receptionist asked how everything was. I really enjoy this salon! The drinks are great! The technicians may not be too chatty but I actually prefer that! They're focused on getting their job done and your nails perfect. I came here and asked for gel on my toes. My friend did not and decided to add gel. They ended up giving up gel and not me. Before he even began to paint my toes I let him know he got our cards mixed up. He said oh okay and began to paint and never even did the gel. When he was almost done I asked if we could add sparkles, he said I'll just do another layer. I said okay I guess can you fill in the areas you missed as well, and he said okay, but at the end my toe is missing a complete strip of polish, I never got my gel, and he didn't add sparkles or anything. My husband found this place for me to get a pedicure. He really made a good choice! The place is absolutely stunning with marble and purple lights! The prices for a pedicure can go anywhere from $35 to $85. I chose the $60 pedicure as this was my very first pedicure! It was AMAZING! I got to soak my feet, hot towel wrap, honey massage, hot stone massage, nail polish and a variety of other lotions and potions. I got a complimentary drink while I got pampered! I WILL be coming back! Highly recommend!

I love this place! If you are new here. They recently moved their location across the plaza to an upgraded and sophisticated looking nail salon. 10/10 stars. They are professional, friendly, attentive, and take the time to make sure that you have an amazing experience. I love the re-vamped look of the place! First visit to salon, first, miscommunication by staff cause me to have to wait 20-25 minutes fir a mail tech to do my manicure since my original tech, did not know I was getting a mani & pedi when I made my appointment. You wouldn't know these were done one week ago. Had to go back after two days cause two nails chip (not supposed to happen) I got shellac, it's suppose to last longer. Hours of operation are different than posted. Opened at 1100 am on the day i went. Said it opened at 930am on Google. Got $70 pedicure with shellac. Good timing capacity and care from individual treating me. Everything is charged as far as requesting small symbols drawn. Free and Good choice of beverages/ adult beverages. I've been coming to Asiana now for about 5 years, and I bring all my friends and family here when they come to town because they take such great care of everyone. The manager here, Andy, is great - and he'll always make sure his customers get the best service. If for any reason something goes wrong, he'll make it right.
