Her attention to detail approach to managing the sale of our home ensured we got multiple fully qualified offers and closed well above listing. Due to a relocation, we requested a faster than normal timeline and she delivered!

Rosie was an amazing realtor. She was able to get us way more than we were even asking for "with multiple offers". Rosie is extremely great at marketing homes. She lists your home on pretty much every platform you could think of . I would highly recommend that you have Rosie over for an interview in regards to buying or selling your home. Just google her ....or better yet go onto youtube and look up rosie poliquin coldwell banker , you will find over 30+ videos on there . You can get a small glimpse into how she markets your home .
